1. A fairly pleasant, not terribly taxing work day.
2. Fresh Air podcasts.
3. Finding two early 90s-vintage Zulu backscratchers (I broke mine not too long ago) at an estate sale.
4. Finally cleaning up the sand all over the inside, and the bugs all over the outside, of my car.
5. A lovely opening for Dan Dennehey's China photos at IFP.
6. Seeing Colette Gaiter, visiting from Delaware, at the opening. I miss having her nearby. She is one of my favorite grownups.
7. A refreshing bike ride home at dusk.
8. Showing Alex my new "Jenny Jenkins" artist's book.
9. Lasagna and salad for an easy late dinner.
10. Falling asleep a half hour into a DVD.
