1. Sleeping in.
2. Exploring Hampden and Woodberry with Claudia.
3. Helping her get some shopping done in the burbs
4. and in the process, finding a perfect summer travel sweater and a flattering and funky party/opening dress to use up an old credit at Marshalls.
5. Watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune with Dad and Claudia, and being glad they have each other's company right now.
6. A pleasant sunset walk to do an errand for Dad and grab a few groceries.
7. Watching "Hyde Park on Hudson" with Dad.
8. Knitting while I watched.
9. Catching my panic about something that was upsetting but not truly important before it got out of hand.
10. Using my observation of that to make some plans to learn how to stop panicking.
