1. The sports medicine doctor at my clinic seemed thorough and knowledgeable abot my hand problems.
2. It felt good to drop two bags of stuff at St.Vincent de Paul.
3. A delicious lunch of leftover black beans and quesadillas.
4. A fairly easy and pleasant half-day at Shop NBC.
5. Lots of people there were very happy to see me.
6. A highly amusing and informative Salon Saloon evening.
7. Megan's bit about baseball uniforms was especially funny.
8. Another yummy grilled cheese and tomato sandwich there.
9. An enjoyable chat with Kirsten, Patty, Michael and Rich after the show.
10. Reading the History of Beauty to help me fall asleep.
